It’s about time. Should doctors do more to help Australia become a republic?

It seems that every year, Australia Day is the centre of attention as to how far we’ve come as a nation. And inevitably, the topic of the republic keeps coming up.

The Australian Republic Movement has secured the signatures of all but one state leader for a declaration that Australia should have an Australian head of state.

And they say the time is now, not whenever the Queen kicks the bucket.
