First off, you might notice that things sound a little different than normal. Apparently the Italian version of the game has quicker dialogue.

Another thing to note is the fact that Kungkobra cripples himself immediately after leaving Doc Mitchell’s house. Apparently, this is in order to exploit a glitch in the game that allows your character to walk at 160% their normal speed.
