Would you be in favour of a change to an opt out system in Scotland?

The current system in the UK requires a person to opt in to become an organ donor whereby they have to register their consent to donate their organs in the event of their death.
An alternative system would be an opt out system, where a person aged 16 years and over would be automatically registered to donate their organs in the event of death but could opt out if they wanted. Would you be in favour of this system?
