Which of the Avengers should you travel with?

You go with the flow while traveling and aren’t quick to lose your cool – even-keeled even in the face of lost luggage. Few can keep up with you as well as one-time Russian spy Natasha Romanoff. Bounce around Europe and never worry about a language barrier with multi-lingual Black Widow by your side. Getting the best room in the hotel is no thing for Romanoff. They will be begging you to take an upgrade before they even have a chance to realize it's a holiday weekend and you don't have a reservation. And while you may feel the need to carefully conceal you cash and passport while overseas, just let someone try to pickpocket you.

You are inquisitive by nature and always on the lookout for your next adventure. But your favorite part of any trip is exploring the culture and meeting the people. There is no one as well matched for your wanderlust as super-soldier Steve Rogers. Whether road tripping across the U.S. or backpacking Europe, with Captain America by your side, even the most elaborate trip is surely well-planned and will go off without a hitch (contingency plans are in place, just in case!). Be warned though, Cap is a bit of a war buff, so you may have to tag along to a few historical battle sites and participate in a reenactment or two, but you will secretly (or not so secretly) love every minute of it.

It takes a lot to impress you, but you enjoy good food and drink with friends and loved ones and can have a good time regardless of the destination. There is never a dull moment when traveling with Thor, although you should research the passport requirements of multidimensional travel if you plan to bounce around the Nine Realms. Crying children or other beachgoers' questionable music choices got you down? With the God of Thunder riding shotgun, you can have the beach all to yourself faster than you can sing the chorus to M.C. Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This.” On the downside, Mjolnir may require its own airplane seat, but better an immovable hammer sitting next to you than a snoring business man, amirite?

When you travel, it’s first class all the way. Fine dining, all the best night clubs, top-shelf liquor – you only live once, right? You may not be rich yourself, but you don’t mind shelling out a little extra when it comes to enjoying yourself on vacation. Traveling with Tony Stark, money is no object. And now that he’s spoken for, there is certainly no better wingman than the charismatic, smooth talking former playboy. Only downside to traveling with Iron Man – he will be halfway to Las Vegas while you’re still waiting to board your commercial flight.

Although you may be the third wheel to her and her brother, traveling with the Scarlet Witch is never boring. You thrive on adventure and enjoy the cerebral side of travel. Lucky for you, even a staycation can feel like an exotic vacation when your travel buddy has the ability to make you see anything she wants.

You are spontaneous and prepared for anything. You like to live on the edge and your mood may change without warning. Nothing says unpredictability like traveling with Bruce Banner when lost luggage or a bout of road rage in a new city can turn him into the Hulk. Word to the wise, when embarking on a trip with this mostly mild-mannered gentleman, travel insurance is a must.

When traveling, you like to see as much as possible and aren’t about wasting one moment of your trip. A relaxing beach vacation is not your style. You can sleep when you’re dead, or at least on the plane ride home. No one can keep up with you quite like Pietro Maximoff. And you better move fast if you’re traveling with the speediest of Avengers. Quicksilver will give you a run for your money (pun always intended). But chances are he will be waiting to board before you’ve even untied your shoes at security.

Plus, he’s a family man, so he has patience when things don’t go as planned. (And, when traveling, when do they ever?) Although keeping up with hyper coordinated Hawkeye on the slopes may be a challenge, it will be a bucket-list adventure, for sure. As an added bonus, if you happen upon a county fair, Hawkeye will take aim and win you the biggest teddy bear – and there is no one else you’d want as your darts partner!
