It is said to serve a blend of traditional and modern food to suit all palates, earning their five star rank, including a phenomenal Christmas lunch.
I take a group of 50 people in December every year for a Christmas lunch & every year is as good if not better than the last, the food & service is second to none, I book every time for the following year to make sure we get in as we don't want to go

Located at Church Street, Nottingham, Orston. It is a traditional country pub situated in the heart of the Vale of Belvior. Offering a lovely cosy atmosphere while serving a range of real ales, fine wines and excellent home-cooked food. It's been ranked as the first in Orston, with five star ratings.

The Hostess Restaurant
A family owned restaurant based just on the outskirts of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and can seat up to 180 people. The menu is changed weekly, meaning that you will not get tired of the food in a hurry. There is also a lounge where you can enjoy one of the large selection of drinks served at their bar. They are ranked third out of 156 in mansfield, with a five star rating.
We have been here a couple of times on a Sunday and more recently with my grandparents as we had bought them a voucher for Christmas. The service is second to none, very attentive and friendly staff with full waiter service...

The Greek name might be misleading, but don't be mistaken it is an Indian restaurant. They serve traditional Kerala foods, setting your taste buds on a tropical journey, filled with flavour. Establishing themselves as the second best in Newark, out of 112, earning their five star rating on TripAdvisor.
They can be found at 19 st.Marks Lane, Near Asda, Newark, Newark-on-Trent.
My friend and I went for a pre Christmas lunch. We met and welcomed at the door. The service was excellent throughout.
I had a chicken dish and my friend had vegetarian both were delicious.
Looking forward to returning.

Located at 67 Central Avenue, Worksop. They posses a wonderful array of starters, the more familiar dishes as well as the many new dishes in the House Specials category. All the foods are freshly prepared and the atmosphere is warm and friendly, altogether a great place to go to for those seeking an Indian twist to your christmas.
Called in again to sample a quick bite and was blown away by the service and food as we asked the waiter we were in a rich to catch a movie and he said not a problem.....

Miss Poppys Coffe Shop
Located at 2 Park street, Worksop, Nottingham. They are above Eyres store with a great selection of foods, freshly baked or cooked. Their food is reasonably priced, so not a hardship to go to, along with staff who are all friendly and helpful. They have been given a 5 star rating on TripAdvisor, and have been ranked as the 5th out of 112 restaurants in Worksop.
Found this little cafe by accident, whilst visiting the Eyres store. It's quite a little gem, hidden away on the second floor, which serves wonderful, home prepared food and an array of wonderful cakes.....

Been to Miss Poppys Cafe above Eyres store in Worksop twice this last ten days. Brilliant selection of food, freshly baked or cooked. Not expensive. Lovely staff who are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
