Exertive Stress

Exertive Stress

Your most dominant stress is exertive stress. You are probably really stressed out from intense exertion, lack of sleep and working yourself too hard in general! You are the type of person who is always on the go and doesn't take enough rest and relaxation time for yourself. You are a very dedicated person, always putting 100% into everything you do and always challenging yourself to do better. Ways to cope with your physical stress are to do things that release endorphines like exercising or having more sex and also taking time to be alone with your thoughts and relax!

Mental Stress

Mental Stress

Your most dominant stress is mental stress. You are a total perfectionist who worries a lot about doing your best in all areas of your life. You are prone to anxiety because you are a control freak who likes things a certain way. You work long hours and often overexert yourself. But beneath your obsessive compulsions you are an extremely nurturing, caring and warm person who put pressure on yourself because it's important for you to make others happy. Ways to cope this mental stress of yours is to try meditating, spending more time alone relaxing or doing physical activities where you can release the tension and stress that your daily life has on you.

Emotional Stress

Emotional Stress

Your most dominant type of stress is emotional stress. You have quite a lot of social anxiety that interferes with your daily life. You are a mixture of introvert and extrovert. Sometimes when you are in large crowds or big social settings you get intimidated and are happier spending time alone or with close friends. At the same time, you also seek comfort from others and don't like being alone for too long either. You have a kind and unique personality, but it takes a lot of time and getting to know you for your true self to shine through. Ways to cope with this stress are to spend time with people who make you feel comfortable and like you can be yourself, and to make sure you give yourself equal time alone and with other people who make you feel good.

Psycho-spiritual Stress

Psycho-spiritual Stress

Your most dominant type of stress is psycho-spiritual stress which means you get anxious about troubled or failed relationships, financial or career pressures and challenges with your life goals, spirituality and general state of happiness. You are an extremely emotionally perceptive and intellectually mature person. You have the tendency to overanalyze things and you overthink the way people act at times. You often to go extremes with people in your life, you are loyal and love hard, but you get offended easily and dislike people very strongly. Ways to cope with your internal anxieties are to channel your negative energy into creative projects or work and to try to be more patient with people and go with the flow more. Your gift of perception and ability to be introspective and observant of the world around you is both a blessing a curse, but you have the power to use it to your advantage.
