The White Binder, mime-lord and head of the Seven Seals, rules the I-4 cohort of London. As your name suggests, you are a binder, able to forge a physical, controlling bond between yourself and any number of spirits. Our intelligence indicates that you prefer a dapper, vintage aesthetic, are fond of the finer luxuries (particularly if they’re prohibited or otherwise illicit), are well-read, and have a flair for the dramatic. Oddly, while more extensive files once existed, they appear to have been purged from Scion archives…

Haymarket Hector
Haymarket Hector is not only the mime-lord of the I-1 cohort of London and attached crew (called Underbodies), but also the Underlord of the entire Syndicate. Your voyant power is macharomancer, also known as a knife-grinder, a type of soothsayer which uses a blade to read the æther. Despite your proficiency with steel, you tend to leave the dirty work to others. After all, you’re large and in charge, and what’s the point of power and money if you have to do everything yourself? You use your true name as part of your mime-lord handle, because you fear no one and nothing (even when perhaps you should.) Long live the Underlord!

The Abbess
The Abbess is the mime-queen of the I-2 cohort of London and slips into power as interim Underqueen after the violent murder of the previous Underlord. You are a subtle and clever businessperson, known for pairing luxury and iniquity, glamour and corruption. Based on secondhand accounts, you are a physical medium, able to be possessed by a spirit and use its power as your own. An iron fist in a silk glove, you are not to be underestimated, as those in your gang (known as nightingales) know well. Whether wielding soft charm or a powerful poltergeist, you are a force to be reckoned with.

Ognena Maria
Ognena Maria is the mime-queen of I-5. Records regarding voyant power and internal structure of the I-5 cohort are limited. However, it is known that Ognena Maria is one of the poorer, less powerful criminal leaders, but nevertheless maintains amicable ties with other gangs through her cohort’s work in the Black Market. You are a peacekeeper—as much as an mime-queen of the Syndicate can be—able to liaise between rival parties, and value stability and the protection of those in your charge over the accumulation of wealth or power. That said, you are also a shrewd businessperson, able to parse details to find the value in objects and connections alike, and are often relied upon in a pinch.

Black Moth
The Black Moth is a newcomer to the Syndicate, a virtual cipher about which little is known, though whispers have circulated from more interior parts of Scion. These whispers indicate that you are independent and self-sufficient, willing to be a part of a group but just as willing to break away in the pursuit of something more important. You will persist in what you think is the correct path, regardless of what this path may cost you in terms of safety, security, health, or relationships. Despite being an idealist, you can be downright dirty in a fight. Rumors indicate you may be a dreamwalker, a rare type of voyant that can walk in spirit form and possess other humans temporarily. Despite a paucity of confirmed information, you are extremely dangerous and are to be treated as such.

Rag and Bone Man
The most mysterious of all the mime-lords, the Rag and Bone Man is the leader of II-4 and rules via lackeys (known as Rag Dolls). Voyant type is unknown, but the title suggests osteomancy, or reading the æther through bones. You know the value of secretiveness, mystique, and cultivating an image. In the void of true information, rumors grow regarding your legendary violence and cunning. You deal in power and fear, the most valuable currency there is, and few dare to stand in your way.
