Disneyland Is Closing Some Attractions To Make Room For Star Wars Land
Some attractions are permanently shutting down while others are just going away for the time being.

Star Wars is big business and in order to make room for Disneyland's upcoming Star Wars Land attraction some sacrifices had to be made.

Big Thunder Ranch, Big Thunder Ranch Barbecue, Big Thunder Ranch petting zoo, and Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree will all be closing permanently as a result of the Star Wars universe entering the park.

Fantasmic!, Mark Twain Riverboat, Sailing Ship Columbia, Pirates Lair on Tom Sawyer Island, Disneyland Railroad, and Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes will all be closing temporarily as well.

There is no official date for when we can experience the force first hand at the new Star Wars Land attraction, but it is going to be awesome. We can't wait.
