Bear was hit by a car.

Even though he was rushed to a near by Veterinary Hospital, there was nothing that could be done. His owners could not afford the cost of his care, so he was signed over to the Vet in charge of his care.
It was a rough day for Bear.

But then a girl called Frame came into the picture. Frame and her mother took one look at Bear and fell in love with him.
Who wouldn't?

He gained a whole new family, and a whole new life.

Bear gives hope to everyone around him. He plays with other dogs and loves on humans, and is generally just glad to be still around.

Even though living with a blind dog has it's challenges, Frame says she loves him more than anything.

He motivates her to get up and do things; he helps her interact with people. He also is a pretty great napping buddy. You go, Bear.
