In Love Live: School Idol Festival, there are two sub-rarities for each card rarity. This is known as idolization. Having a single copy of a card means that you have the card “unidolized,” while having two copies of a card transforms into a new card known as the “idolized” version. Despite both the idolized and unidolized versions of a card technically being the same card, they look different and have different general qualities. Would you be an idolized or an unidolized card?

You may not have the same rarity as an idolized card, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t just as valuable! After all, an idolized card can’t exist unless someone is lucky enough to get two copies of you—what are the chances!?
Unidolized card are generally less flashy but just as beautiful. Their charm is often in their elegance and simplicity, but can sometimes also be found in their unique style and small personal touches. You are more likely to be introverted than extroverted and find enjoyment in the little things. You would rather be comfortable than stand out. You prefer a laid-back atmosphere where things are more casual and generally try to avoid stressful situations.

Idolized cards are rarer than unidolized cards, but they cannot exist independently of them—it takes two copies of an unidolized card to form an idolized card. Much like a butterfly cannot exist without the caterpillar, the idolized card still retains an appreciation for their roots.
Card that have been idolized tend to be flashier and more decorated than their unidolized counterparts. Often prized because of their strength and beauty, idolized card are held in high respect.
