Essentially she wants things to work out and for everyone to be happy, but she won't pass up the opportunity to spread a juicy morsel of gossip - no matter who's involved.

She is the most open-minded member of the Basic Eight, trying to be inclusive of everyone and smoothing over tense social situations. She also has a wild side, which comes out at parties and dances, and in her fast-paced romantic relationships.

Highly logical, strait-laced, hardworking, and determined. Lily is the most sensible and probably the most sensitive member of the Basic Eight. She's up for a good time but tries to take everything in moderation, rarely getting drunk and expressing wariness towards illegal substances. She's as opinionated and conversational as any of her friends, but has a firmly entrenched sense of right and wrong, and won't hesitate to show her disapproval at the antics of others.

Perfectly polished, professional, generous and inquisitive. V___ is a young woman with ladylike manners and impeccable taste. She comes from a rich family and is used to being pampered but won't hesitate to share her wealth with others. Fussy and a little out of touch with how the common people live, but a loyal, sympathetic friend. V___ generally prefers to spend time with people who share her refined tastes, but when it comes to love, she goes for the mischievous, unkempt bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks.
