On certain longer domestic flights, Delta Airlines will once again be providing free meals to all passengers.

The free food had originally been removed as an option due to low profits early in the 2000s but as the airline has been seeing a turnaround, the meals will slowly be making a comeback.

The meals made a return on a few flights and customer satisfaction increased with the addition. There's a decent chance that other airlines will follow suit and provide similar fare on some of their longer flights.

The service will begin rollout in March and become more widespread in April.

Would the offering of free meals make you more interested in using a particular airline?
