Uh oh, looks like you’ve landed yourself a Psycho. Your boss has a cunning way of acting as though they're giving you praise and then two minutes later they're publicly chastising you. They act as though they despise you and then press you for after-work drinks. Any attempts to socialise outside of the workplace are probably just a ploy to find out what you really think about working there so be warned, they do not want to be your friend. At best they want to embarrass you in a way that they can hold against you in morning meetings for the rest of your career.

Ew, gross. Your boss is definitely a bit of a perv. They’re always slightly overstepping the line in terms of personal space, private life and, well, just about everything. Sending you texts instead of emails, ending emails with an unnecessary number of “x”s or winky faces, and hugging all staff at any opportunity. God forbid you should go near them at the staff party. . . if they really overstep the line, hopefully HR will step in but best to work the situation to your advantage until then.

You’re probably already aware if this, but your boss is a complete tool. If their reputation is anything to go by, you’re either not getting paid minimum wage or you’re scarcely over the legal minimum. You never get remuneration for your overtime but even still you can be sure if you go home on time you'll be hearing about it the next day. We salute you for staying strong under such unjust leadership. Just hang in there, hopefully one day they’ll get fired and their empire will be yours for the taking!
