You have a few challenges that could build up stress bu mostly you're able to switch off and relax once things calm down. Keep an eye on habits that don't help you. You've got some good strategies going, make sure you focus on those and look after your priorities.

High risk - emergency burnout buster required!

How are you doing, really? Are you kidding yourself, carrying on, hoping it will get easier in time? Act quickly to slow things down a bit. You probably have a hundred reasons why you have to keep going and hold it all together but your current way of doing things is not sustainable. Here's a crazy idea - ask for help! It might not be what you would normally do but something has got to change. You need to avoid that being a blow to your health or wellbeing, make it a positive change.
You've probably already noticed some physical, emotional or mental problems. You may be forgetting things, being clumsy, being irritable, eating badly, drinking differently, feeling exhausted, feeling like you want to run and hide, finding even little things become a big worry, or any number of little red flags signalling your high stress levels.
Have you been wondering what on earth is wrong with you? Have you been using other activities to distract from how you feel, feeling overwhelmed, procrastinating and stopped doing the very things that would make you feel better?
It's likely if nothing else changed something is going to go POP pretty soon, if it hasn't already. Treat your own wellbeing as your number one priority right now. Find a way to slow down, tale a break, get help and begin recovery. The longer you spend wearing yourself out, the longer and harder it will be to recover. You're valuable and important, find new habits to look after your precious self.

You may need professional help - consider seeing your GP or a professional therapist to help you re-balance, you don't have to do this on your own but you do need to do it.
