Take a deep breath and relax. Everything is going to be OK. So you may be naturally neurotic, however this doesn't have to be something negative. It means that you are in tune with your emotions and care deeply about the outcome of a particular situation. Instead of focusing on the worst case scenario, try remembering that it is very unlikely that it will occur. When negative emotions overwhelm you, don’t forget to take time to yourself to relax and unwind.

You are by no means emotionally unstable, however just like all of us, you can still display slightly neurotic behavior every once in a while. While you may not be prone to things like panic attacks or tantrums, you might act out if you feel as though you are being threatened or put in harm’s way. A little bit of neurosis is normal, but in general you remain calm and are free from persistent negative feelings! Way to go!
