Zeus

Zeus

King of the Gods, Zeus can really throw those lightning bolts. He would have been captain of your favorite Grecian discus team if he wasn't so busy ruling Olympus. His favorite band is The Eagles and his favorite thinking place is under an Oak tree.

Hera

Hera

Queen of the Gods, Hera is known for raising a big family and planning the best parties Always elegant, she can be spotted by her signature crown at every event, and has recently started the biggest fashion craze to ever hit Mount Olympus with her affinity for peacock feathers. She is currently meeting with designers to plan her new Fall line.

Athena

Athena

Goddess of wisdom and strategy, Athena is definitely a goddess to have on your side. She famously helped Odysseus get home to Ithaca, but don't let that fool you: she is no softy. Every Olympian wants Athena on their team for the annual Olympus Field Days, and she is as hungry for the games as she is for olives-her favorite snack. Her pet owl is her constant companion and confidante.

Artemis

Artemis

Goddess of the moon and the hunt, Artemis is definitely a nature gal. She is known for her prowess with a bow and arrow and her detailed knowledge of all forests. Her favorite hobby is building impressive tree houses and shooting nature photos. She has recently signed up for Pinterest, and promises to be posting soon.

Aphrodite

Aphrodite

Known across the land for her beauty, Aphrodite famously rose from the sea one day, taking more then one fisherman by surprise. Her symbols include the dove, apple, swan, and bee. It is said on Mount Olympus that her excellent bee-keeping skills prove that she is not just a pretty face.

Demeter

Demeter

Goddess of the hearth and home, Demeter wins Mom of the Year award every time. The legend goes that after Hades kidnapped her daughter Persephone, Demeter froze the land and crops in an endless winter until Hades conceded. Talk about playing chicken with the God of the Underworld! Demeter has nerves of steel, and can make you a delicious home-cooked meal to boot. She is one goddess you don't want to mess with.

Apollo

Apollo

Every day, Apollo uses his abs of steel to bring up the sun. He then does yoga followed by a jam session with the muses. After lunch he meditates on the balance of light and darkness, which inspires his poetry. Apollo loves to meet up with his sister Artemis to practice archery, and in his spare time volunteers at his temple to help heal the sick. All around nice-guy artist with a penchant for not wearing a shirt.

Poseidon

Poseidon

A surfer at heart, Poseidon is master of the waves. One of his favorite songs is "I feel the earth move" by Carole King, but he really got into the Beach Boys for a couple years too. He still dances like nobody's watching, because let's face it, who's gonna mess with the guy with the trident?
