Do I suffer from SAD?

Seasonal Affective Disorder affects 1 in 15 people in the autumn and winter months- but do you suffer from it? Please note- a GP's opinion should always be sought for proper diagnosis.

I start feeling low when the evenings get darker, earlier.

I find it harder to focus and stay motivated in the winter.

I find it easy to wake up on a dark morning.

I feel demotivated, hopeless and weepy but can't pinpoint why.

I feel more angry or/ and anti social.
