How School Building In Africa Can Help Underprivileged Children

Every child deserves to get access to education. It is no longer a hidden fact that in Africa, many children do not get to go school due to the inadequacy of resources. Education is quintessential so that a child gets the ability to read, write, and understand. Education can open a door of opportunities for every child. For many children who still do not have access to education, it is taken into consideration because of perpetual inequality and social process.

In underdeveloped and developed nation alike, children do not have access to fundamental education because of inequalities that arise because of sex, health and cultural individuality (ethnic origin, language, religion). Africa is one of the biggest examples where children do not get fundamentals and education is one of such significant constituent. Much nonprofit organization are stepping forward to help this country. Such organizations are paying attention to diversified life-altering factors, such as - school building in Africa, health initiatives, women empowerment and many more. Factors associated with poverty such as unemployment, illness and the illiteracy of parents, increase the probability of non-schooling and the drop-out rate of a child by 2.

There is a picture that has gone viral on the internet in which a Richard Appiah Akoto, a Ghanaian teacher was explaining the MS Word to his students by drawing it on a blackboard. This picture illustrates how deprived they are. Neither they have resources, nor education. Undoubtedly, several children from underprivileged backgrounds are strained to leave their studies due to health issues that arise because of malnutrition or in order to work and render support for the family.

Studying in a well-structured school is not just a requirement, but the right of every child. A school enables a child to learn so many significant things that will help him/her to cope up various constraints. If children are aware of the fact that every morning they need to go to school, they will maintain a routine. It will eventually help to learn the significance of disciplinary values and punctuality. Creating the right foundation is very important for every child if the foundation is shaky then the building will fall off. Similar to this, a child gets a solid foundation if they go to school. Luckily, many esteemed corporations are taking preventive measures to tackle the problem of illiteracy by building schools.
