Vikki Stone is a multi-talented comedian, actress, singer and musician. Her unique mix of stand up and musical comedy has made her one of the fastest rising stars of British comedy. Gloriously deadpan Danny Pensive is unwittingly clever, understated and the perfect antidote to the modern perception that comedy needs to be cynical to get a laugh, he picks up OCDs the way an aardvark picks up ants.

The Leopard, 2 West Street, Doncaster DN1 3AA. Thursday June 6.
William “Bill” Mead had a cult following in the late 1970s with his raunchy London and Kent R&B band, Rebel. They became hot favourites alongside Dr Feelgood and The Stranglers in all the major London pub rock venues of the time., such as The Hope and Anchor and The Marquee. Today, Bill’s high energy rock and blues band The Sharpeez have established themselves as ‘a band for all seasons’, who can be relied upon to deliver a sizzling set on any stage across Europe and the UK. The individual musicians have fabulous playing pedigrees, but as a unit they have chemistry you could cut with a blunt knife.
