This is the wrong question to ask

Good code is self-documenting. Period.

It makes sense to include the documentation in the comments.

If the easiest way really is the best way, it helps to clarify in the comments — so no one needlessly comes back to fix it.

I appreciate a little cleverness in the comments, as long as nothing too unprofessional makes it into production.

The very thought gives me hives. No.

I understand the buzz around it, but it's just not practical where I am.

It seems silly, but I'd be willing to give it a try.
