12-year-old Frances Halbeck started selling "water snake wiggly" stress toys to her fellow students at Trinity Lutheran School in Racine, Wisconsin to raise money for kids with autism.

It just calms you when you touch it. You squeeze it, it’s cold, and it’s hard to hold sometimes.

After getting permission from her homeroom teacher to sell the toys for $1 to benefit charities for kids with autism, Frances was later pulled out of a basketball game and loudly reprimanded by the school's principal, Pamela Amling, who thought the water snake wigglies were sex toys. Frances was then given three days' suspension from school.

After Halbeck told her father, he tried to bring the issue before the school board, but they backed Amling's decision to suspend Frances.

In your wildest imaginations, no adult could possibly view this as a sex toy, this is a water-filled bag.

Nonetheless, the school refuses to lift Frances' suspension. Milt is now trying to raise awareness of his daughter's plight and will continue to campaign for an apology and for the school to drop their accusations. But now, what we'd like to know is...

Do you think the Halbecks should sue Trinity Lutheran School?
