You probably believe you have very poor willpower. You mean well of course but somehow by the time you get to the end of the day that willingness to try has gone out of the window. That might make you feel more like giving up because it’s just another failure to stick to something. Your difficulty to stick to anything may make you shy away from setting goals for yourself. After all, what’s the point if you are just going to fail anyway?

Your willpower needs work

You often start the day full of enthusiasm for what you are going to achieve and feel good when you get stuff done. It gives you hope for the bigger plans you have for yourself. Sometimes you are able to stick at something for quite a long time and yet somehow there comes a point where it becomes too much effort. If you really need to you can consciously focussing on getting stuff done but it certainly isn’t easy and sometimes you look around at other people and wonder how they manage to make it look so easy.

Generally you are pretty good at getting stuff done and achieving the goals you set out for yourself. Sometimes stuff goes by the wayside a bit but you don’t beat yourself up over it too much. You keep trying. It isn’t always what you would call easy, but you seem to be able to apply yourself to your bigger goals most of the time and stay focussed on what you want to achieve.
