"Kibbutznic" - Kibbutznic is a nickname for someone who lives in the kibbutz. They like the Nature and to work with farm animals. They probably hiked all over Israel, from the north, to the south and back. They eat in the Chadar Ochel - the dining room in your Kibbutz. When they were a Kids they used to sleep in a house where all of the kids in the kibbutz used to live and sleep. Their main fashion is a cut T-shirt (as you can see in the picture), shorts and sandals.
