Here's a bit more detail about each of the moves.

The roll up:

Feel free to take your time with this one. A six or eight count each way can work your muscles even more!

The reverse crunch:

While this gif shows the "pulse" version of this move, you can also make it a slower move by lowering your legs to the ground after each crunch.

Planks:

While obviously a gif of planks wouldn't help much, here are the different varieties of them you can try. There are also modifications for each, such as being on elbows and knees to build up to the full planks.

The Russian twist:

Many workouts include holding a weight or a medicine ball to really make this move work your core, but if you don't have anything to use, that's fine. For a lower impact, you can also keep your knees bent but put your heels on the floor.

The cross crunch (or criss cross):

This move is very simple but super effective in high reps. Alternate which side you're bringing up and cross over. Perfect core workout.

The v-up:

It's like a sit up but turbo charged. To add even more intensity, pause for a moment when you sit up fully and freeze into a "teaser" position to work your abs.
