I always thought it was interesting that the “The Hills” NEVER referenced it was a reality show, or that they were famous in any respect, but the Kardashians are the total opposite.

YES! In the interview we did with the producers, I thought it was crazy how much effort they put into making sure it didn't make them seem famous, even when they were the biggest stars.
