1 fresh mint sprig

6 thin English cucumber slices

2 tablespoons simple syrup

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

3 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) blanco tequila

1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) green Chartreuse

1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Muddle the mint sprig, 3 of the cucumber slices, simple syrup, and salt in the bottom of a cocktail shaker for 30 seconds.

Add tequila, Chartreuse, lime juice and ice to fill shaker. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with remaining cucumber slices. Serves 1.
