For example; calendars or planning apps can really help you map out and plan your time efficiently, mindfulness apps can be useful for when you are getting stressed out, to remind you to focus on breathing, or give you helpful relaxation tips, or productivity apps can help you focus. Also the recording feature on your phone could help with recording notes or practicing presentations.
