First let's just test the obedience before we get in too deep... ( If you have more than one dog try to focus all your answers according to only one of them for the most accurate result. ) How many times do you have to call your dog over before it finally listen and comes to you?

Obedience - When you give your dog a command (other than "come") how many times must it be told before it does it?

Obedience - Does your dog follow your hand signal right away or ignore it?

Obedience - If your dog is caught stealing your food and you tell it "stop" does it?

Understanding - Does your dog question your command before doing it? (Head tilt, waiting a second and looking at you, starting but then stopping to give you a look.)

Understanding - How many hand signs (whether gestures or commands) does your dog understand?

Understanding (and Concern) - Does your dog react when you show signs of struggle, pain, or shock?

Understanding (and Concern) - Does your dog show that it picks up on, and cares about, your feelings such as sadness, grief, or extreme pain (whether emotionally or physically)?

Concern (and Reaction) - If someone were to suddenly grab you or strike at you, what would your dog normally do?

Clues - When you come home, or come near the dog, does it wag its tail more to the left or the right?

Clues - Does your dog often bring one of its toy near you?

Clues (and Concern) - How does your dog behave when you leave?

Clues - Does your dog behave better, or listen better, around anyone other than you?

Clues - Does your dog accept food from other people without your word in it?

Clues - You saw your dog wandering around earlier but now you are looking for it. Where is it usually found during these times?

Clues - When you come home, what is the reaction from the dog? (If you are always home, choose the most likely reaction if you returned after being gone a little while for the first time.)

Now we need to get to know you a little. First, what is your over all thought about dogs?

Care - How many toys do you have for your dog?

Care - How often do you walk your dog?

Care - Where does your dog usually sleep?

Understanding - How much did you understand of the movie "Max"?

Understanding - This isn't a spoiler because it shows this in the trailer... Can you relate to how Max must have felt when his handler died?

Last question about the movie "Max". After watching the movie, how did it change the way you looked at your dog?

Love - How do you love your dog?

Love (and Family) - If your dog went missing what would you do?

Family - If someone were to abuse your dog, what would you do?

How close do you think you two are?

A Distance Apart

A Distance Apart

Well it seems you two aren't very close. This could be because of several reasons. If you work long hours and don't get to spend much time with your dog... If you live with others (family or roommate) and your dog has had more chances to get to know that member than it has to get to know you... If your dog simply had a mean owner, or a few, before you and simply lost trust for humans... If you have many oppurtunities to play with your dog but ignore it instead... If you two are often seperated and have very few chances to see each other... If you might be more of a cat person... Or you might even be an animal abuser. But I'm not saying you are. Probably only one out of a thousand people who take this test are.

The solution is quite simple. You and your dog need a little bonding time. Fun. Or calm. You two just need to spend time with each other a little more. If you really ARE an animal abuser though, which is unlikely, it may take quite some time to earn your dog's trust. But don't lose hope. If you can prove you changed your ways, your dog will eventually come to forgive you. :)

A Regular Distance

A Regular Distance

Well you two aren't super close but you can stand each others presence at least. You aren't closely bonded but you still like each other a little. You've managed to trust each other a little but it could certainly be stronger. Don't lose heart. You still may be getting to know each other. You have a long road ahead and many oppurtunities. Just smile and enjoy them with your best bud. (In which I mean the dog.) :)

A Blooming Distance

A Blooming Distance

You two trust each other and rely on each other. While there may be some disagreements here and there, you two can sort it out in a short time. Your bonds are not quite complete but it's blooming very fast. :) Keep it up. Maybe spend more time with your dog.

A Strong Bond

A Strong Bond

Wow! You two share a deep connection! This isn't your everyday walk then sit down! This is certainly much more! You two trust each other strongly and know you can rely on each other. You both will always have each others backs! And arguments rarely pop up but when they do, it's easy to fix. If the dog were to die, you'd be in tears. And if you were to die, your dog would probably be first to your funeral. Your connection is deep and you'll never forget each other. Very nice. :)

Unbreakable Bond

Unbreakable Bond

Amazing! You two share such a deep connection that you would probably risk your life for each other! You treat each other equally and are partners forever! In fact, if either of you were to die before the other you'd feel major separation distress! A military dog's owner died and the dog actually died of depression!
You two share such a connection that you can't live without the other. You are not just partners and you don't just work together. You are FAMILY. And anyone can see it when they look at you two.
This result is very hard to get. But of course... If you and your dog are police officers or part of the military together then you probably knew this would be your result.
Neither one of you will ever forget the other.
