Unlike the bigger dresses we'd seen her in, this dress was stunning and lived up to being the seductress dress it was dubbed. The mix of the velvet material and the embroidered corset gives it a classy, timeless look. One meant to turn heads.

Another velvet number, this color was a great choice but the back of the dress puts it over the top. Initially it looks like any velvet form fitted dress, very lovely but the minute she turns around to reveal the jeweled back this dress becomes one of the greats.

3

Her debut costume that left everyone trembling with fear. This stark contrast to Snow's white wedding dress gave a clear image of what the show was about and that this Queen meant business.

4

This number is iconic Evil Queen. This looks like a take on Disney's Evil Queen but glamorized into a stunning outfit. Paired with the dramatic makeup, Regina was at her worst at this point when it came to getting her revenge but she was going to do it while looking drop dead gorgeous.

The detailed beading on the front and feathered collar showcases one of the Queen's best assets. Paired with the dramatic sleeves, this one is definitely in the Hall of Fame.

6

Only Regina could look this pissed and stunning at the same time, on her birthday no less. Regina's birthday dress was beautiful, unique and perfect for the occasion. Even with that scowl she rocked it.

7

The Evil Queen has used hats to extenuate her look and this hat paired with the dramatic curls brought this outfit to life. She's worn a number of riding coat-esque outfits, possibly a shout out to her days of riding, this one stands out.

8

The moment when Regina takes the potion to guarantee she'll never have biological children broke the hearts of viewers everywhere. The outfit she was wearing at the time almost went unnoticed because of the heaviness of the scene, however, this dress mixed aspects of previous numbers that made it one to remember. The dramatic sleeves, bodice similarly shaped to her iconic dress, and collar all added to making this a memorable outfit.

Disney's Evil Queen was never seen as sexy, Once Upon a Time made that distinction when she debuted on the pilot. This rubber number amped up the sexiness and brought the neckline down, way down. The headpiece finished off the look to show she meant business. This one is a personal favorite of Lana Parrilla.

Another birthday outfit she wore to torment her people. An all black outfit to further that black is definitely Regina's color. This dress featured the dramatic bell sleeves that and high collar that has been featured before. Paired with a high ponytail this dress easily became one of the best.

Bonus

This isn't technically Evil Queen considering she was the savior here but Regina's Camelot look was classy, not over the top, and absolutely stunning.
