4/20 is the unofficial marijuana holiday, and for one many in Portland, Maine it was time to give away a LOT of free weed. Is it time to legalize pot?
The 20th of April means one thing to many many people; it's time to celebrate smoking marijuana.

Hundreds stood in line to receive some free marijuana from Crash Barry, who gave it out to celebrate Portland's first legal 4/20. The state legalized recreational marijuana in January
Participants needed a password, and Barry checked id's to make sure all recipients were over 21 in accordance with the law. Marijuana remains illegal to sell, but not illegal to use.
