Paris, February 13th, 2018 - Nyls has released a new song, titled 'Scars'
The track is from his highly anticipated first greatest hits Golden, which will be released on April. Written and produced by Nyls and J. Essex, Scars is a beautifully orchestrated ballad, showcasing Nyls' profound songwriting and heartfelt vocals. Lately, rumors has it that the artist has also been dealing with the issue of depression, following a personal struggle according to his entourage. The singer himself confessed in a French magazine how difficult it was for him "wanting to make music again".
The ballad, which mainly reflects on solitude, is the first new music fans have heard from Nyls since he released his last single "Cut Me Loose" during summer 2017 which soared to the 4th position in the iTunes Dance Club Songs.
Continuing his history-making venture, Nyls' new single has already peaked at No 16, following Nyls' long list of successful singles (cf. Phoenix which went number 1 on the Australian Airplay), all to be included in his forthcoming and awaited first Greatest Hits, Golden, to be released in Standard Slipcase CD edition, 2-CD Digipack Deluxe Edition, Super Deluxe Limited Edition Boxset (12” format, 2 CDs + photobook + signed lithography).
Scars will be available in many formats: standard maxi-CD single, limited numbered digipack CD edition, and digital bundles.
