The main focus of the 2013 satirical movie Hentai Kamen was mankini-clad Panty Man, who, as his superhero name would suggest, wore women’s underwear on his face AND women’s stockings when fighting crime. Who else would you want to save you from the clutches of death?

Goody Two Shoes Man

One of Panty Man’s archnemeses is none other than Goody Two Shoes Man. Complete with a painted-on blue beard, Harry Potter-style glasses and a slow motion walk, Goody Two Shoes wants to keep everything and everyone in check, especially Panty Man.

3

Rape Man

Undoubtedly the most offensive “superhero” on the list, Rape Man originated in 1985 in a black comedy manga series aimed at adults, with nine films being produced between 1993 and 1996. A high school teacher by day, he dishes out his disturbing form of “justice” by night with a creepy motto of "Righting wrongs through penetration.”

4

Cutey Honey

Cutey Honey is a superhero that is certainly not targeted towards feminists, with a superpower that results in the main character’s clothes self-destructing when she shouts "Honey Flash," transforming everyday Honey Kisaragi into a busty, scantily clad crimefighter.

Eat Man

Not only is Eat Man's name quite boring, his superpower is also a little lacking - he can eat pretty much anything. The plus to this is that almost anything he eats can be transformed into a weapon, which usually comes out of his arm.
