Yep. It's as simple as that. Wherever you are, just close your eyes, take a deep breath from your nose, and focus on the flow of air in with every inhale, and out with every exhale. Within 5 breaths you'll begin to feel much better, and after 2 minutes or so you'll notice that most of your problems just vanished. Wanna do more? Just keep doing it. Your breath will always be there and can always bring a little more peace into this present moment.
A very simple and very effective technique: Just inhale from your nose for 10 seconds, hold it in for 10 more, and exhale through your nose for 10 more. Repeat it for at least 2 more cycles. This one might take a little practice, so you can begin by counting 7, 5 or 3, and slowly work your way up to 10.
So What? So Hum! The yogis consider this to be the sound the breath makes as it goes in (So) and out (Hum). While you probably won't be able to actually hear it from the beginning, just try to mentally repeat these sounds with each breath, and see how you feel afterwards.

As Dr. Weil explains in the video, it's a practice which takes a little time to master, but the reward is great and it's as simple as... well, as breathing! Close your eyes, inhale from your nose for 4 seconds, hold the air in for 7, and exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds. Repeat 4 times and open your eyes. Feeling better? You have only yourself (and Dr. Weil) to thank for!

Last but not least: one of the most powerful breathing techniques, which is also one of the simplest. Just count your breath as it goes in and out, and make sure it's the same length. You can start by counting 3 in and 3 out, and slowly work your way up. Make sure it's not too easy on one hand, but not exhausting on the other. Just like life!
