Your habits have either remained the same since you were a teen or you've managed to revert back to your high school days. Stability isn't your main goal and you often prefer to go with the flow rather than stick to a routine. You're pretty flexible and aren't bothered when life throws a wrench in your plans.

You're actually 26.

You're starting to figure out what works best for you and whether you're a night owl or an early bird. You may not be able to fit everything into your life right now that you'd like but you're slowly but surely creating a routine, even if it isn't the healthiest - or cheapest - possibility out there. Hey, adulting is hard.

Boom! Check that out! You're a beast at balancing work, play and sleep. You may still be stretching yourself a bit too thin, but you're definitely not missing a second of your life. Whether you're spending time with your family, focusing on furthering your career or just trying to play in every field you can find yourself in, you've got this whole "life" thing on lock.

Hey! You did it! You figured out how important it is to A) sleep and B) treat yo self! Work, family and friends are all important but you realized you can't enjoy all of those if you don't take care of yourself. Maybe you do that by scheduling some "you time" fairly often throughout the week or just keep a consistent sleep schedule but either way, you keep on doing you. Well done.

Woah. Wait. You're an adult, aren't you? AREN'T YOU? We can tell. Words like "structure," "schedule," "routine" and "hold on, let me check my calendar" don't freak you out at all. You do have time with your friends but you spend more time close to home, whether with family or solo and you try your hardest to leave your work at work to enjoy yourself after hours.

You know what's the best? Sleep is the best. And regular meals, whether they're healthy or just what you're craving at the time. Routine is the bomb. Life is good. And when your job is the least of your worries, you're focusing on you, which helps you be better in other aspects of your life. And you get more time to sleep. Did we mention how awesome sleep is?
