In his latest visit before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Jared Kushner was grilled about several documents that he failed to turn over, or make the committee aware of in previous hearings.

The paperwork in question regards a "Russian backdoor overture" that was made to Kushner and Trump campaign staff. A major concern is the email that Kushner was forwarded to him from Donald Trump Jr. about Russians with "dirt" on Hillary Clinton.

Additionally, he also failed to disclose communications with a Russian businessman that is linked with Trump. All this is made worse with the claim that Kushner also failed to provide the panel with phone records of communications that they believe he still has access to.

During the hearing we also learned that, even after 10 months on the job, Kushner still only holds an interim security clearance.
