Paul Burnett and Kamden Houshan
Kamden has been confined to a wheelchair as the result of a tumor lodged within his vertebrae.
Best friends for life!
Paul and Kamden first began their friendship when they entered kindergarten. The two bonded over superheroes and goofy videos; never letting a physical disability keep them apart.
While for others, Kamden's disability defined him, Paul never allowed such a thing to get in the way of a lasting friendship.
From strangers to best friends!
When did you meet your best friend?

After an accident that resulted in Kamden falling out of his chair, Paul decided to do something about it!
After speaking to his mom and through the help of their community, Paul spearheaded a GoFundMe campaign!
Thank you all for being part of this wonderful journey to get Kamden his wheelchair … Paul and Kamden have been all smiles knowing that Kamden is getting what he needs.
Paul Burnett's Mother
The fundraiser was aimed at helping Kamden afford a new wheelchair, since Kamden's family could not afford one.
A lighter and more comfortable chair meant Kamden would have less trouble getting around and possibly prevent future accidents from happening!
Goal met!
Initially, the goal was to raise $3,900...
However, currently funding for the new wheelchair has surpassed $5,000!
Nice going, guys!
