Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll both cans of the dough; separate into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow triangles.

Place sausage on shortest side of each triangle. Roll up each, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point; place point side down on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, switching position of cookie sheets halfway through baking. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

Preheat oven to 325.

Drain and chop artichoke hearts

Combine mayo, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese

Mix together artichoke hearts with mayo mixture in an oven safe dish

Add garlic powder to taste

Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with pita crackers

Preheat the oven to 375.

Put the water and baking soda in a large pot and bring to a boil. Take the pizza dough and cut into small strips. Roll the mini hot dogs in the dough. Boil the dough/dog in the water for about 30 seconds, until the dough begins to puff.

Pull out and put on a large baking sheet lined with parchment.

Once they are all boiled, put some salt on top and throw them in the oven for 15 to 25 minutes, until the dough is dark brown like a pretzel.

For the cheese sauce:

Begin by making a simple rue. Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan, ass in the flour while whisking constantly.

Once the rue has started to set up add the cream while continuing to whisk.

Bring the cream to a boil and drop it down to a simmer and add the cheese and salt. Melt all of the cheese and add your favorite mustard to taste.

Mix it all together and refrigerate at least 6 hours

Dice the brick of cheese into small cubes and put into a medium-large size nonstick pot on low heat (Allows for the cheese to melt more smoothly). Continuously stir to avoid burning the cheese.

Cook beef on low heat in medium size nonstick pan. Break apart and stir until fully cooked.

After cheese is nice and melted and beef is cooked, mix in beef and entire jar of salsa

Once mixed together thoroughly, pour into large sized serving dish and let it set for a few minutes or until top layer begins to firm up.

Enjoy! (served typically with Frito scoops or Tostitos scoops)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix sugar and vanilla extract with cream cheese. Using a hand mixer, or a large fork, mix until cream cheese has a soft whip-like texture.

Cut puff pastry sheets into 9 4×4 squares.

Add a dollop of cream cheese mixture to middle of each square.

Fold pastry sheet by bringing one side to the middle, then the other side. Pinch in the middle to seal.

Place in baking pan, brush each quesito with egg white, sprinkle sugar on top.

Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Once Quesitos are done, pull them out and drizzle honey or corn syrup.

Sprinkle confectioners sugar atop the Quesitos.

Let cool and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 350. 

Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in wing sauce, blue cheese dressing, shredded chicken, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.

Spread in dish, sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top.
