Unplug from technology. Seriously - you can do it!

You might not know this...but your phone is eating up your time and messing up your brainwaves! Try unplugging for a couple of days and see how refreshed you feel.

Get outside. BREATHE.

Honestly, we are spending WAY too much time inside. Spend a day outside and breathe in that life-giving oxygen! You'll feel like a new person. Trust.

Clean your room. Clean everything!

You might not realize this, but a cluttered room = a cluttered mind. You'll find once you clear your space, you'll be able to breathe a little easier.
