have an image in your minds eye of what the scenery looked like and where things were placed in the memory.

feel in your body how it felt to be there, the emotions you felt and the way your body felt..

hear familiar sounds , remember songs that were playing or the sound of someone’s voice.

just know what happened in your mind as if recalling a story.

remember how it smelled in the memory. i.e. baking cookies, ocean air, etc.

remember how something tasted so much that you can recall the flavor in your mouth.

have an image in your minds eye of what is “off” with the place. 

feel in your body and just know it isn’t right for you. 

hear a warning in your ear that says “this isn’t right”.

just know it isn’t a good place to be. 

sense a smell that tells you something bad is going on.

sense a taste in your mouth that tells you something bad is going on.
