Meet 28 year old author and poet Jodi Ann Bickley. She lives in England.

Jodi's battled many health problems, from bulimia, to chronic fatigue syndrome, and struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts.

Jodi's also suffered from encephalitis, which gave her a stroke and caused partial paralysis in her body

Jodi understands what it's like to go through hard times, and how much a little support can help people through those times. So she decided to do something to give back...

...and she founded the One Million Lovely Letters project in 2013, with the intent of handwriting, you guessed it, one million letters to people around the world.

Every letter Jodi sends is handwritten, and reminds people of how amazing they are, and that everything will be ok
