Counter-terrorism police have been investigating letters that have been sent to various people calling on them to attack a Muslim on April 3rd.

The leaflet is offering people 'points' for 'punishing' a Muslim. The leaflet says: "They have hurt you, they have made your loved ones suffer. They have caused you pain and heartache. What are you going to about it?"

Then it goes on offering 10 points for verbally abusing a Muslim, 25 points for pulling of a headscarf of a woman, to 2500 points to 'Nuke Mecca'
