Too few women on the radio?

Consultant Keith Hill says country radio stations shouldn't play many songs by women, calling them the tomatoes in the salad. "The lettuce is Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton, Keith Urban and artists like that. The tomatoes of our salad are the females.” Is he wrong? Do you think there should be more songs by women on the air?
