The women's best friend... the sink and the dishes.

The women were expected to wash the dishes and do the cleaning of most of the house. Also they usually wore aprons most of the time and were not mad at this.

Women and families were expected to have two children or more not one tho. If a family were to have one child they would be a disgrace and not accepted. The ideal family had to be a family of 4.

The women in the time were required to cook for the men in the family. The man never cooked they were left with more physical jobs like mowing the lawn.

Women listened to traditional music like the songs Doris Day made. They liked the slow soothing music and made their time pass by.

The women really like coca cola and was the drink of the time. This was the traditional drink but they couldn't drink beer like the men.

Women wore dresses and this is pretty much what every women wore. People also wore blouses and if not it wasn't traditional.

In most ads the people in the ads were white and not any other race. This was seen as traditional and was seen correct.
