On Monday, April 24, Man Kaur, a 101-year-old woman from India, now called "the miracle from Chandigahr" competed in the World Masters Games in Auckland, New Zealand, winning a 100 meter sprint with a time of one minute and fourteen seconds.

Although she had to be cleared by a medical examination first, and although she was the only runner in her age category, Kaur, who only started her athletic career at the age of 93 with her son, is, and should be, extremely proud of her accomplishment in winning the 100 meter sprint.
