Punishing Students for Criticizing School Officials?

A former student at Connecticut high school was punished for an online speech for referring school officials as "douchebags". Principal Karissa Niehoff took Doninger's right to re-elect for student office and banned students from wearing "TEAM AVERY" t-shirts. Avery Doninger took this case to court because of the violation of the First Amendment.
