On November 2, mere days before the general election took place, Mike Pence spoke out against Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server, saying:
FBI has reopened the investigation in to HRC's private email server. It's a serious matter. Now we commend the FBI in this case for following the facts because in America, no one is above the law.

Now, Pence's own email history has come to light. During his time as governor of Indiana, Pence conducted state business using a personal email account on AOL, and he has hired a lawyer now to withhold the majority of the emails from public release based on an Indiana law which allows for the privacy of emails having to do with creation of public policy. The Indiana Democratic Party, however, is calling for full release of the emails.
It seems Governor Holcomb has chosen to withhold a portion of the public work product Pence sent on private servers, and Indiana Democrats want to know why.

What we do know so far about Pence's private email issues are as follows:
- Of the thirty pages of emails that have been released, several of them pertained to blocking the settlement of Syrian refugees in Indiana, and one of them, titled "Arrests of Refugees," included the phrase: "I just received an update from the FBI regarding the individuals arrested for support of ISIS."
- In spring of 2016, his email account was hacked by a phishing scam, which sent out requests for money to his contacts, stating that he was stuck overseas. After the security breach was discovered, he set up a new private email account.
- His office will not discuss the content or character of the emails being witheld. But his spokesman, Marc Lotter, gave this statement:
Similar to previous governors, during his time as governor of Indiana, Mike Pence maintained a state email account and a personal email.

But now, what we want to know is...
Would you call Mike Pence a hypocrite for his use of private email while accusing Hillary Clinton of behaving as if she's "above the law"?
