Todd may rarely show a smile but he sure knows how to make others crack one with his sarcastic humor and witty comments!

He is determined...

After every knock back and every failed season, Todd always came back with the determination to mine the best he could and kept his team motivated through it all!

He can hold his own...

Having a straight face comes in handy sometimes. Todd never lets anyone mess with him or his team and takes his work very seriously.

He doesn't take himself too seriously...

Even with all that pressure of managing a gold mining site and having to provide for not only his family but the guys on his team, he still can take a step back and have some fun.
