Yesterday, a photo surfaced of a rainbow strewn across the New York skyline coming from the site of the towers.

Today, memorial ceremonies will take place across the country and the names of all 2,983 victims of the attack will be read aloud and broadcast on television as we commemorate the day that changed America forever.
