More than 1,000 Owls fans braved the combination of the Beast from the East and Storm Emma to travel down to the South-West, despite many trains being cancelled.

Despite Wednesday's poor performance, the supporters were a credit to the club; continuing to sing with very little reason to.

And this incredible level of support did not go unnoticed by one Wednesday forward.

Jordan Rhodes already has a reputation of being one of the nicest men in football and he proved that once again before the match kicked off.

The striker, who was an unused substitute during the defeat, decided to give his hat to an elated young fan following the defeat.

Rhodes posed for pictures with the youngsters and their families during the warm down and even gave his gloves to another youngster.

His classy gesture didn't go unnoticed on social media and Twitter was quick to praise his actions.
