Oh dear. Try as you might, you just can't keep up. Your souffles are flat, your bread won't rise properly and your baked alaska collapsed in on itself. Maybe some of it tastes alright, but you're not winning any prizes for presentation. And you're definitely not winning GBBO. Sorry.
